Delivery Information
Shipping Policy
Instant Download. Since all of our products are digital files in nature, your order will be delivered electronically via a download link or email. A download page will show after your payment is processed and confirmed. NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT TO YOUR PHYSICAL LOCATION.

Where do I get my printable purchase?
Once payment is confirmed, the downloadable files will be immediately available to download. Please wait for the files to finish downloading. If you have an account on our website, you can log in to your account and find the downloadable files you purchased in the Downloads section.
Returns & Refunds
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this product, I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because this is an instant download I cannot issue refunds after purchase.
However, I’m committed to your satisfaction. Please contact me if you are having a problem and I will get back to you within 5 days to fix the issue.
I bought the wrong planner size. Can I get a refund?
If you have bought the wrong planner size and have already downloaded the digital files, then we cannot provide you with refund anymore since the item is already in your possession. If we provide a refund, then it’s like we are giving away the file to you for free, which means a loss on our part. If you have downloaded the wrong size, we encourage you to purchase again the correct size. However, if you have not downloaded the file yet, then we can cancel the order and refund you. Thanks for your understanding.
More about your order
Where can I print my digital downloads?
You can use any home or office printers you have at home, or you can contact an online/physical print shop to print the files for you. Since the files are PDF in format, only use PDF reader software like Adobe Acrobat or Nitro Pro to view and print the files. Please do not convert or open the files in MS Word as this will damage the design of the files.

Also, my EU customers should please note that you waive your right to cancel this purchase under the EU Consumer Protection Law.
